In Attendance: Noel Shine, Amir Ahmed, Simon Stott, Niel Smith, John Riley, Phil Ashton, Kev Stephens,  and delegates from each team.

Roll Call: all delegates present, except for Atherton Town.

1. Neil Smith read out minutes from August meeting, and signed as a true record.

2. John Riley: All results must be phoned in ,on the day of game, and include goal scorers, and a brief comment on the game. You can do this by text, email, or phone call.

3. Noel: Registration for of all players for each team must include full address, including postcode, date of birth, and contact number.

4. Amir: List of monies still owing, teams will not be allowed to play if monies not paid.

5. Simon: All games are covered with referees.

6. Kev: All forms are up to date, due to the club holding a Sportsman’s Dinner on the 2nd October
