N.Smith. read Minutes of December Meeting, and signed as a true copy,

J.Riley  -  cup draws will be done at next meeting and revised fixtures have been put on website, very few games have been played due to the bad weather.

A.Amhed reminded that some teams still owe monies and need to bring payments up to date ASAP.
