Minutes of BSF Over 35s Football League meeting  -  2nd March 2018
held at Bolton Cricket Club

 

Present: Neil Smith, Aamar Ahmed, John Riley, Ricky Connell, Bar Lane, BLGC, Bolton Wyresdale, Deans Y&L, Dobbies, Old Boltonians, Radcliffe Vets.

Apologies: Kevan Stephens, Bamford Arms.

Matters Arising: BLGC issue with last week’s game not being called off early enough to prevent travelling and having to pay refs fee.

Correspondence: None.

 Match Secretary: Probably no games this week. There will definitely be night games. Cup matches to take priority.

 Referee Secretary: Nothing to report.

 Press Secretary: Nothing to report.

 Secretary: Nothing to report.

 Treasurer: No bills need to be paid at the moment.

 Registration Secretary: Last day to register and de-register players 31st March.
£5 transfer register fees need to be paid.
All registered players for each team are now on the website and can all teams check for any players I have missed.

 Cup Draw: Sam Ashworth Cup

 Irlam Steel or Home Guard Failsworth  v  Radcliffe Old Boys A or Salford Victoria

 Heaton Vets or (Ainsworth A or Bamford Arms)  v  Heaton Casuals

 Radcliffe Town or Old Boltonians  V  Radcliffe Vets / (Wigan Town / Hindley Town)

 BLGC or Dobbies B v (Atherton Town or Manor Vets) or Barr Hill

 Cup Finals: Tempest United FC  (29th April and 6th May).     Sam Ashworth Final venue TBC

Minutes of April 2018 meeting

 

In attendance: N.Smith, A.Ahmed. J.Riley. K.Stephens. and delegates from each team.

 

Roll call.

 

Minutes of March meeting read and signed as a true copy.

 

Apologies from Horwich St Mary's.

 

J. Riley: with all the game's remaining, it would be possible to play a double header if you have to play the same team twice.

 

A. Ahmed: teams need to check website and check registered players. Any new players above the allowed 25 will cost £5 per player.

Make sure if you have any fines from the F.A. that they are paid promptly or players and clubs could be banned.

 

K. Stephens: any motion for a change of rule, must be emailed, or posted, to K.Stephens before next meeting, or handed in at next meeting.
