N.Smith:  Roll Call.   Reading of June 2019 minutes and signed as a true copy.

A.Ahmed:  read out a list of teams needing to pay fines and all must be paid in full for August meeting, along with League Fees.

K.Stephens: collected all application forms and reminded that teams must have F.A. Registration numbers sent to him asap.

N.Smith:  32 teams have put in application forms, so we will have 4 divisions of 8 teams.  Looking to start fixtures on 8th September.
