N.Smith:  -  Roll Call,  Reading of 2020 AGM minutes from Sept 4th 2020 signed as true copy.

Welcomed all teams old and new and thanked teams for completing last season’s fixtures in the hard circumstance of the pandemic.

A.Ahmed:  -  Handed out account sheets and went through the incomings and outgoings.

This season registration of all players must be done on the FA portal / whole game system. To do this. you will need all information of players, including - date of birth, address including postcode, contact number, and a valid Email. If any help needed, contact Aamar Ahmed.

All teams and players must be registered by the August meeting, a list of players and photo id, e.g. passport or driving licence needs to be put on a USB stick, and handed in to Aamar Ahmed at the next meeting.

K.Stephens:  -  Handed out application forms to all teams and collected competed forms. All forms must have a valid Email address of Club Secretary

Due to the pandemic, injuries, etc, we struggled with a few refs, so if any of your players are thinking of hanging up the boots, ask them if they would consider refereeing, as ex-players usually make good refs.

N.Smith:  -  We are looking to start the league on first week of September, but all teams must be registered, along with all players.

It was decided that Salford United would take the vacant position in Division 2, vacated by Queen Lizzy dropping out.

A.Ahmed:  -  All league fees need to be paid by the August meeting, £130 for old teams and £140 +£100 bond for new teams.

All committee was voted back on.
