Neil Smith took a roll call of clubs attending and signed last season AGM’s minutes as a true copy.

 Matters Arising from the minutes:  Due to the BSF no longer existing a change of name to Bolton Over 35’s Football League.

 Aamar Ahmed: circulated an expenditure sheet and explained all incoming and outgoings.

 Standard code of rules 2024/25 season was accepted. New league rules for 2024/25 were accepted.

 The presentation of trophies took place.

 Application forms are on the website. These must be completed and sent to aamarahmed1963@gmail.com

A new application was received from Eastleigh AFC.
