N.Smith:  Roll Call.  Reading minutes of October meeting. Signed as a true record.

J.Riley:  Match cards are not being handed in, so teams need to take responsibility for this in future. Also, teams are not letting me know when games are cancelled. If your game is postponed or cancelled, please let me know asap, and also inform the Referee Secretary so he can try and get a game for the referee.

K.Stephens:  We have been getting complaints of abuse from referees, on the pitch and on social media. Having already lost some referees to other leagues because of this, the Committee will deal with persistent offenders, so please tell your players to curb their frustrations, because no team wants to play a game without a referee.

A.Amhed:  All players need to be signed on to the Whole Game System, before you tell Aamar that you want to sign a player, then Aamar will try and get him signed for the next Sunday. If you want to transfer a player, let Aamar know first before putting it on the whole game system, or you will have to wait 7 days.

All teams can have 25 players signed on. Any above this will be charged at £5 per player, and £5 per transfer of a player. All should be paid by end of season.
