Minutes of BSF Over 35s Football League meeting  -  10th June 2022
held at Bolton Cricket Club

In Attendance: N. Smith, A. Ahmed, K.Stephens, and delegates from each team.

Apologies: from J.Riley, S.Stott, Radcliffe Vets, Astley & Tyldesley.

N.Smith: Roll Call and reading of AGM 2021 minutes, signed as a true copy.

Nothing arising from 2021 AGM minutes,

No Rule Changes put forward by email or letter, but teams voted to enforce the existing rule to fine teams for cancelling games without proper notice as some teams cancelled games for petty reasons at short notice. This will not be allowed to happen next season.

A.Ahmed: handed out expenditure sheets and went through the accounts. Also read out what teams owed for fines and to top up bonds.
Moss Bank owe Andy Kaye a referee fee as the ref and opposition turned up for a fixture, but Moss Bank didn’t, and no contact to say they was not turning up.

There are four new teams applying to join the league.

Next Meeting is Friday 1st July 2022 at the Bolton Cricket Club, Bishops Road Bolton at 7.15pm prompt when teams need to bring completed forms and pay any fines and fees.
Once we have all applications in, we can then meet to form the leagues. The presentation of trophies will follow the AGM.
