Minutes of BSF Over 35s Football League meeting  -  1st July 2022
held at Bolton Cricket Club

 In Attendance: N.Smith, A.Ahmed, J.Riley, K.Stephens and delegates from each team.

 N.Smith: Roll Call, Minutes of May 2022 meeting read and signed as a true copy.
Five new teams have put applications in.
At the AGM, teams voted to enforce the rule that if you cancel a game on short notice and without good reason, that teams will be docked points and fined £50.

 A.Ahmed: readout what teams owed and collected fees.
Any team wishing to pay by transfer, contact Aamar for details. Once you have sent it, take a screenshot and send it to Aamar.
All teams need to be registered with the F.A. When you register, make sure that you state that you are playing in the Bolton Sports Federation Over 35s Football League.
Also registration of players needs to be done. You will need email addresses of all players, date of birth etc.

 Kevan Stevens: collected all application forms and asked that teams make sure that we have email addresses that work. He asked teams to send him an email with just your name and team, so they can be saved.
We are still a bit short on referees, so if you know of any referee willing to join, let me know. Also ,it was agreed that ref fees would be £40 per game with teams paying £20 each.
We are looking to start the new season on 4th September.
The Committee will meet in next two weeks to sort out the league format.

 Next meeting is Friday 5th August when all teams must be paid up and have players registered.
