N.Smith: - Rollcall and Reading of July minutes, signed as a true copy. No matters arising.

This season, Ref Fee is going up to £45 per game, home team pays £25, away team pays £20.

The league has been sorted into 3 divisions of 8 teams. First games will be on 3rd September.

Kick off times will be no later than 12.30pm on Sunday, as voted on.

J.Riley: - Teams need to be aware that any team that cancels a game without giving 2 weeks notice, or by acceptance from the committee, will be fined and docked points. This WILL BE ENFORCED this season, as voted on by all teams.

A.Ahmed:- All teams need to pay any money owing asap. Also teams need to be registered with the F.A. as playing in the Bolton Sports Federation Over 35s Football League.

Also, all your players need to be registered, with the correct names, on the whole game system and a list of players in alphabetical order to be sent to Aamar Ahmed.

Be aware that the F.A. has introduced a points deduction system. Details of this will be put on the website. This is to protect referees, etc.
