Neil Smith:- Roll Call, Reading of September 2023 Minutes, signed as a true copy,

Matters Arising:- None.

John Riley:- Teams need to ring in results, before 3pm, including scorers for both teams. Teams also need to inform me if any County Cup games have been cancelled, so I can try to put on an extra fixture. 

Kevan Stephens:- Had a couple of reports from referees, about being abused, verbally and on occasion ,being threatened, this is not acceptable, and clubs will be fined, or if the F.A. get involved ,will be fined and docked points. Some refs wont do certain teams, so if you don't want to be without a referee, then get your teams and supporters to behave and show respect to officials.

Aamar Ahmed:- Teams can’t cancel players that are already signed on. All transfers and new signings need to be put on the Whole Game System, and Aamar needs to be notified, by Friday, to be able to play on Sunday. No player can play if they are not on the Whole Game System.
