One game affected by County cup so far, please update if anyone else has
been given a fixture.
A Ahmed:
Most teams have paid, there are a few issues with receipts I am working
through.
Please can screenshots of payments be sent as we only receive monthly
statements and sending screenshots makes it quicker to update.
New footballs handed out to attending teams, 36 balls purchased from BSF
money.
Teams should all be signed on with exception of one, games will not be
approved until this is resolved. Hopefully can be resolved before
commencement of first fixtures.
Email is preferred method of communication for player registration as
can be printed and done in one go. WhatsApp messages create more work as
I have to check each message.
Currently all registrations sent so far have been completed.
Transfers take 3 days to complete so at the moment 1 player is affected
for games taking place on the 8th September.
Players showing as suspended can’t participate in games until cleared by
the FA.
Team sheets will be checked for suspended players.
Please WhatsApp team cards to the group by 6pm day of the fixture or a
£10 fine will be imposed.
All fines will be communicated immediately.
AOB:
For Cancelling fixtures please refer to the handbook for guidance and
official ruling.
If pitches are paid please also refer to handbook for guidance on any
fees incurred and who is liable for payment in the case of any late
cancellations.

Referees fees remain the same this year.
