·         Keep match cards coming, at the moment everything is running smooth with this process.

·         Just ensure everything is filled correctly on match card and it is readable.

·         No problems at the moment

·         Need to reiterate fines will be applied for games not being played at the scheduled date. 

K Mather:

·         East Leigh proposal for name change has no objections from the league and they can proceed to do this with the FA.

When is the first preliminary games of the Sam Ashworth?  A Ahmed – This is likely to be in Jan fixture dependant.

1st round of Sam Ashworth will be drawn at next meeting if the preliminary games have been completed.
