Minutes of The Over 35 Veterans' Football League meeting  -  7th March 2025
held at Bolton Cricket Club

In Attendance: Neil Smith, Keiran Mather, John Riley, and delegates from each team

Non Attendances: Astley & Tyldesley, East Leigh, Radcliffe F.C. Old Boys Vets, Radcliffe F.C. Old Boys, Salford Vets & Stoneclough.

No Matters Arising

N.Smith: Roll Call
            It is necessary to have a co-signatory appointed to the banking system due to Aamar’s passing. We will look at contacting the bank and making Keiran co-signatory.

J Riley:
           Outstanding fixtures will be determined by the availability of the teams.
           Dates for the finals are being finalised, and the likely venue will be either Daisy Hill or Radcliffe.

K Mather:
          Would be good to see the Referee Secretary present more at these meetings.
          Neil Smith explains there may be a need to ask for volunteers for the Committee as Registration Secretary and Treasurer.

AOB:
          Next season we will be looking to hold 2 divisions of 8.
          Intimidation and behaviour are being monitored and in the last couple of weeks this has been disappointing. Teams will be subject to sanctions and fines ongoing.
          Changing rooms and shower facilities need to be provided for every fixture.
