N.Smith: Roll Call

Last meeting was disappointing, and it should be more constructive.

Leagues have been finalised and there will be 2 divisions of 8.

Fixtures will be finalised once all home grounds are updated on the website.

J Riley: Please send match cards as usual through the WhatsApp group before 3pm on the day of your fixture where possible.

K Mather: The Whole Game system app is no longer available so please register your players through the club portal system on https://www.thefa.com/competitions and I should see these for approval.

I will find the teams and add them to the league.

Update on registrations, I have managed to register 122 players so far. Her is a list of numbers, I will check every couple of days, but I am away from the 23rd August so please try to get player registration sorted before then.

A&T – 4. Atherton – 1, Wyresdale – 25, De La Salle – 0, Deane – 26, East Leigh – 0, Elton Vale – 28, Little Lever – 0, Old Bolts – 0, Radcliffe Rangers – 0, Farnworth Royal – 16, Stoneclough – 22, Turton FC – 0, Turton Vets – 0.

Boothstown and AFC Bolton are still to register teams so I can assign to the leagues.

There are also a few application forms missing so Bob can update details so the handbook can be completed.

Suspensions are showing on certain players so you will need to check with the FA to see when these suspensions are complete, if they are not the player is not eligible to play. Currently 3 suspensions, 1 x AFC Farnworth Royal, 1 x Elton Vale, 1 x Deans.

D Hodgkiss: Referees are to be appointed to each game once finalised.

We do have a few new referees for this season and a few will be retiring.

Can we discuss ref’s fees as I feel it should be 50 pounds per game. N Smith then calls a vote and all teams agree.

J Craig: I have sent out any fees owed for each team, and any outstanding monies need to be paid preseason or teams will be ineligible to fulfil their first fixture.

 AOB:

Mike to set up new WhatsApp group.

Results to be communicated by 3pm on day of fixture.

Handbook to be finalised and printed for handing out once all details finalised.

Next meeting is Friday 5th September 2025 at Bolton Cricket Club.
