Minutes of The Over 35 Veterans' Football League meeting  -  3rd October 2025
held at Bolton Cricket Club

In Attendance:  N Smith, K Mather, J Riley, M McHenry, J Craig and delegates from each team.

Non Attendances:  Old Boys Vets, Atherton Town, Deans Youth and Ladies Veterans, Little Lever Sports Club, Boothstown Dunmare.

No Matters Arising.

N.Smith:  Roll Call

Meetings schedule to be discussed to decide schedule to see if either monthly or every 2 months.

Lancashire County Cup and Manchester County Cup have affected league fixtures.

J.Riley:  Teams in county cups need to inform us of fixtures and results so we can plan league fixtures going forward.

Match Cards need to be sent through the WhatsApp group so all can be updated promptly.

J.Craig:  Everyone has paid, we think, although we will have to check the bank statement to confirm.

AOB:  Referee situation needs to be looked at so teams are not chasing on the day. Phil Stott to speak to Dave Hodgekiss regarding this.

Next meeting is Friday 7th November 2025 at Bolton Cricket Club.
