2. All the executive committee members will attend all meetings. If any club wants to attend any meeting they are more than welcome especially when cup draws are to be made.

3. Sam Ashworth 1st round will be drawn on Sept 4th Meeting, 2nd round will be drawn on Nov 6th. League Cup Draws will be made on 5th Feb 2027.

4. All clubs need to have paid their dues by the July Meeting and also  application forms must be completed and sent to the registration secretary by that same meeting.

5. All registration of players must be applied to their club site for approval by the registration secretary before the Sept Meeting. All clubs must also have paid there affiliation fee to their relevant FA associations along with any insurance costs.

6. It would be really helpful if all clubs can attend the September meeting to receive new handbooks and match cards. If any team has any queries on how to get the match cards to John, please liaise with John Riley.

7. I will order 150 match cards and 50 handbooks to be given to teams at the September meeting.

The 100 pounds bond will be withdrawn from this season.

K Mather: Season 2026/2027 will see an increase in players you can register without fines. This will increase from 25 to 35.

J Craig: Fines have been submitted to each team for 2025/2026 season. Fines will need to be paid before teams can play 2026/2027 fixtures.

AOB:

Interested teams in joining are Astley & Tyldesley, Rogue Wanderers and BLGC. Neil Smith proposed that there will be 2 leagues of 7 teams.

Certain teams presented their case for one league based on committed teams. It is explained we will not know until July meeting how many teams will be in the league.

A vote was then taken based on the teams present and the majority voted for one league based on current numbers.

If the number changes by July meeting this will be reviewed and divisions decided in July.

Keiran will email all clubs monthly and provide minutes from meeting within 1 week of the meeting during 2026/2027.

Next Meeting (AGM) will be held on 3rd July 2026 at Bolton Cricket Club.
