Minutes of The Over 35 Veterans' Football League meeting  -  3rd July 2026
held at Bolton Cricket Club

  In Attendance: N.Smith, K.Mather, M.McHenry, J.Craig and delegates from each team.

Non-Attendances:  Old Boys Vets.

 N.Smith: Roll Call

Entrance fee for the league has not been paid yet.

The League will commence on the 6^{th of} September 2027

K.Mather: Nothing

J.Craig: Nothing

M.McHenry: Nothing

AOB:

We need to vote on whether we allow De La Salle to enter 2026/2027 season due to teams not willing to play which is affecting the league, De La Salle asked to leave meeting while the vote takes place.

A majority vote is in favour of expelling De La Salle.

A vote then took place to decide whether 2026/2027 season would consist of 1 or 2 leagues, this would consist of 1 league of 12 or 2 leagues of 6.

The majority vote was for 2 leagues.

Pending Applications and teams coming back the 2 leagues would be

Division 1: AFC Bolton, Royal Farnworth, Turton FC, Elton Vale, Little Lever & Atherton Town.

Division 2: Rogue Wanderers, Stoneclough, Wyresdale, Deans Youth, Old Bolts and Leigh.

Next Meeting will be held on 7th August 2026 at Bolton Cricket Club.
